Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

 

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following shipping method:

  • UPS Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery time and cost will be calculated based on your location during the checkout process.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the shipping options and rates during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number provided by UPS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
